When the Wind Blows is Stacy’s first children’s book. Published in 2015, WIND explores in rhyming stanzas how offshore wind turbines spin ocean breezes into clean, carbon-free electricity for harbors, homes, hillsides and highways. Expertly illustrated by Brad Sneed, WIND is a seaside adventure for curious kids and is enthusiastically endorsed by scientific and cultural leaders.
